In 1995, after working with Ernst & Young, LLP, Ron Gonen, CPA, MBA, joined the firm to assist in the execution of EGC's real estate acquisition strategy. The company currently employs more than 25 individuals managing millions of dollars in annual revenue. Eitan Gonen, CEOUpon completion of his service as an Air Force pilot, Eitan obtained a Masters of Science in Engineering from the California Institute of Technology. He practiced Engineering for many years before turning his focus onto real estate. For the past 20 years, he has been involved with the development, management, purchase and sale of a variety of real estate assets valued in the tens of millions of dollars. Eitan has focused on the cities of Los Angeles, California and Houston, Texas. Projects have continuously met with projections and fulfilled expectations of both management and investors. Ron Gonen, PresidentRon obtained his CPA during his tenure with Ernst & Young LLP, where his client base was primarily composed of real estate and heavy asset clients. Upon receiving his CPA, Ron decided to take a position as a property manager and acquisition associate for residential and commercial real estate. In June of 1997, Ron obtained an MBA from The Anderson School at UCLA with a focus on Real Estate Finance. He has been involved in real estate from an early age and has been involved in the development, management and acquisition of hundreds of apartments, commercial real estate and more recently was placed in charge of luxury estate development.
